【摘要】 目的:观察心脉隆注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用心脉隆注射液,观察两组心绞痛的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后血黏度指标以及左室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端-脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平。结果:治疗组心绞痛疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血黏度指标及NT-pro BNP水平显著降低,LVEF显著升高,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:心脉隆注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛具有显著的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmailong injection for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the treatment group added Xinmailong injection. To observe the clinical effect of angina in two groups, compare the differences of blood viscosity indexes, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and Nterminal Pro BNP(NT-pro BNP) level between the two groups. Results: The curative effect of angina pectoris in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the blood viscosity indexes and NT-pro BNP level in the treatment group were significantly decreased, while the LVEF increased significantly(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:Xinmailong injection has significant curative effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.更多还原
