【摘要】 采用问卷法和访谈法,对抽取的福建省泉州市115名残疾人的就业状况、收入水平及其与社会支持的关系进行调查和分析。结果表明,残疾人的就业状况有所改善,但仍存在就业率偏低、就业结构欠佳、就业质量不高和工作满意度较低等问题;残疾人的就业状态与年龄、文化程度、残疾类型、残疾等级、劳动能力均有紧密关联;残疾人收入显著低于所在地区居民平均收入,且在年龄、文化程度、残疾类型、残疾等级、劳动能力上均存在显著差异;残疾人社会支持总分及各维度得分均显著低于全国参考常模,残疾人的社会支持在户口类型、就业状态上存在显著差异;残疾人就业状态、收入与社会支持密切相关,社会支持水平高的残疾人就业状况更好、收入更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 the employment status and income level of 115 disabled people in Quanzhou and their relationship with social support were investigated and analyzed based on the questionnaire and interview. The results show that the employment situation of disabled people has improved, but there are still some problems such as low employment rate, poor employment structure, low employment quality and low job satisfaction. The employment status of disabled people is closely related to age, education level, disability type,disability level and working ability. The income of disabled people is significantly lower than the average income of local residents,and there are significant differences in age, education level, disability type, disability level and labor ability. The total score of social support for disabled people and their scores in all dimensions are significantly lower than the national reference norm.
