【摘要】 公共基础服务设施是一个社会的硬件基础,是国家提供和公民享受基本公共服务的载体。完善城乡公共基础设施建设,是全面建成小康社会的基本要求,不仅有利于全面提升我国的公共服务水平,提高人民生活水平,还可以促进我国经济的进一步发展。从龙岩市的教育设施、医疗卫生设施以及交通基础设施三个方面来研究和分析城乡居民公共基础服务设施配置差异的具体情况,总结存在的问题,分析产生的原因,并提出相应的解决对策:破除城乡二元结构,完善转移支付体制,提高城乡各级政府行政能力,健全农村利益表达机制,借鉴其他地区工作经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 public infrastructure is the hardware foundation of a society and the carrier of basic public service. To improve the public infrastructure is helpful to raise the public service level and to promote people’s living standard and further development of national economy. The article based on the public basic facilities configuration development of urban and rural residents in Longyan analyzes the problems existing in the public service facilities configuration and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, i.e.to break the urban and rural dual system, improve the government administrative ability at all levels in urban and rural areas, and establish and improve the rural benefit expression mechanism and the system of transfer payment in China.更多还原
