联苯吡菌胺原药的高效液相色谱分析

【摘要】 [目的]开发一种联苯吡菌胺原药含量测定的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用Waters e2695型高效液相色谱仪,依利特C18柱进行分离和定量分析,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比69∶31),流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为259 nm。[结果]联苯吡菌胺在0.0396~0.7920 g/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999;精密度及重复性试验的RSD值分别为1.17%和0.54%,平均回收率为99.88%。[结论]该方法高效、灵敏、准确,可用于联苯吡菌胺的定量分析。

【Abstract】 [Aims] A HPLC method for the determination of bixafen TC was developed. [Methods] Waters Alliance e2695 HPLC system and Eliet C18 column were adopted for the separation and quantification. The mobile phase was methanol and water(69:31, by vol) at the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min and the column temperature of 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 259 nm. [Results] There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area of bixafen in the concentration range of 0.0396-0.7920 g/L, and the linear regression coefficient was 0.9999. The relative standard deviations of precision and repeatability test were 1.17 and 0.54%, respectively. The average recovery was99.88%. [Conclusions] The method has high column efficiency, sensitivity and accuracy, and could be used for the quantitative analysis of bixafen TC.
