莱氏野村菌与常用植物源农药的生物相容性

【摘要】 [目的]探讨莱氏野村菌与6种常用植物源农药的生物相容性,为复配农药制备提供理论基础。[方法]测定30 h后孢子萌发抑制率、12 d菌丝生长抑制率及15 d产孢抑制率,考察菌株与农药的相容性。[结果]在高、低浓度下,蛇床子素、印楝素、苦皮藤素对菌株的抑制作用高于鱼藤酮、天然除虫菊素、苦参碱;在推荐使用质量浓度下,鱼藤酮的抑制作用最小而印楝素完全抑制生长。[结论]莱氏野村菌与鱼藤酮、天然除虫菊素、苦参碱的相容性较好。

【Abstract】 [Aims] This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of the compound insecticide by means of discussing the compatibility of the Nomuraea rileyi(Farlow) Samson with the six kinds of common botanical insecticides. [Methods] The biological compatibility of the strains with botanical insecticides was investigated by the determination of the inhibition rate of 30 h spore germination, the growth inhibition rate of 12 d mycelium and the inhibition rate of 15 d production by six kinds of botanical insecticides and strains. [Results] At high and low concentrations, the inhibitory effect of osthole, azadirachtin and celangulin on the strains was higher than that of rotenone, natural pyrethrum and matrine. At the recommended concentration, rotenone has the least inhibitory effect and azadirachtin completely inhibits growth. [Conclusions] Among the above insecticides, the compatibility of N. rileyi and rotene, natural pyrethrum and matrine is better.
