【摘要】 乡村流通是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容,是推动产业兴旺的关键措施,是促进农民增收的"关键一跃"。通过调查调研,对长三角地区乡村流通进行总结,主要在消费品和农业生产资料流通以及农产品流通两个方面阐述了乡村流通的发展现状,系统总结了目前乡村流通在流通体系建设中基础设施、渠道、主体实力、标准化产品品牌化建设及政策环境等方面存在的问题,并提出提升乡村流通工作,要做好乡村流通顶层设计、构建新型乡村流通体系、优化政策形成乡村流通支持合力、实施乡村流通人才计划、完善乡村流通标准体系、加强乡村流通信息服务等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural circulation is an important part of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization. And it is also the key to promote industrial prosperity and to increase farmers’ income. This paper summarized the rural circulation of the Yangtze River Delta region through investigation, and expounded the development status quo of rural circulation in the main two aspects: one is the circulation of consumer goods and agricultural production materials, the other is the circulation of agricultural products. The current problems of rural circulation were also systematically summarized, such as the problems of infrastructure, channels, main strength, standardized product branding and policy environment in the circulation system construction. The authors also put forward recommendations to improve rural circulation, such as doing a good job in the top-level design of rural circulation, constructing a neotype rural circulation system, optimizing policies to form a rural circulation support force, implementing a rural circulation talent plan, improving the rural circulation standard system, and strengthening rural circulation information services.更多还原
