【摘要】 文章通过2007~2016年统计数据,分析了我国科技行业平均工资水平、地方差距、行业差距。研究发现,10年间科技行业平均工资水平虽然不断上涨,但实际增长率低于全国平均工资增长率,并且增长率不断下降;各省市科技行业平均工资水平差异明显;科技行业平均工资水平增长率普遍低于地区GDP增长率;科技行业平均工资水平明显低于IT行业、金融业,并且差距不断加大。文章建议完善科技人员工资增长机制;加大对经济落后地区科技行业与队伍的扶持力度;建立科技人员分类评价机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the statistic analysis between 2007 and 2016,this paper analyzed the average wage level,the local disparity and the industry gap in science and technology industry in China. It found that,although the level of income in science and technology industry had been rising in the past ten years,the actual growth rate of income was slower than the national average,and the growth rate was declining. The average wage level of science and technology industry in different provinces and cities was of significant difference,which was generally lower than that of the local GDP growth. The average wage level of technology industry was significantly lower than that of IT industry and financial industry,and the gap was increasing. It proposed that it was necessary to improve the wage growth mechanism of scientific and technological personnel,increase the support for the scientific and technological industries and teams in the backward areas,and establish the classification and evaluation mechanism of scientific and technical personnel.更多还原
