气相色谱法同时测定枸杞中3种农药残留

【摘要】 建立了同时检测枸杞中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯3种农药残留的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,QuEChERS净化,采用气相色谱法进行测定。结果表明:在0.01~0.5mg/kg的范围内,3种农药的质量浓度与相应的峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均>0.99;在0.01~2mg/kg添加水平下,3种农药的添加回收率在85.7%~102.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.9%~7.7%之间(n=5),定量限为0.02mg/kg。本方法快速、灵敏、净化效果好,且成本低,适用于3种农药在枸杞中的残留量检测。

【Abstract】 A method for the simultaneous determination of cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin residue in wolfberry was established. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by the QuEChERS method, and detected by gas chromatography. The results demonstrated a good linear relationship between the concentrations of 3 pesticides and corresponding peak area in the range of 0. 01 to 2 mg/kg and that the correlation coefficients were all above 0. 99. The average recoveries of 3 pesticides ranged from 85. 7% to 102. 5%, with RSDs from 0. 9% to 7. 7%(n =5). The LOQs(limit of quantification) were all 0. 02 mg/kg. The method is rapid, sensitive, effective and economic, and suitable for the simultaneous determination of 3 pesticide residues in wolfberry.
