【摘要】 "双一流"建设和深化高等教育改革的大背景下,纵观当前高等教育的管理模式、治理体系,立足于农业院校学生参与高校治理的现状及特点,掌握农业院校学生参与治理的焦点,分析当前学生参与治理的类型及其产生的不同效果,有组织-有法则是中成本高成效、有组织—无法则是高成本中成效、无组织—有法则是低成本中成效、无组织—无法则是中成本低成效的参与方式,从提供制度供给和提高组织化程度方面加强农业院校学生参与治理深度和广度,使农业院校在深化改革的过程中加快"双一流"的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the construction and deepening of higher education reform,based on the current management model and governance system of higher education,and in view of the present situation and characteristics of students participation in governance of agricultural colleges and universities,this paper focuses on students’ participation in university governance. The current types of student participation in governance and the resulting different effects are analyzed. The result shows that,in terms of efficiency of participation,organized with principle means high efficiency with middle cost,organized without principle means middle efficiency with high cost,unorganized with principle means middle efficiency with low cost,and unorganized with principle means low efficiency with middle cost. It is suggested that the depth and breadth of students’ involvement in the governance of university should be enhanced through policy and institutional provision,to help the construction of the " double first-class" at agricultural universities.更多还原
