【摘要】 借鉴日本大学就业体验制度的经验,从职业生涯教育的理念出发,探讨作为大学教育组成部分的高校"就业体验型"实践教学模式。体现了在教学理念上,就业体验与职业生涯教育相结合;学习形式上,理论学习和实践体验相结合;指导方式上,高校与就业体验单位相结合的主要特色。实践证明,学生对社会学专业就业方向及职业内容有了切身理解;社会实践能力得到一定的提升,职业观念、职业兴趣和职业意识初步形成。追踪调查也表明,选课学生毕业后就业率高,就业体验经历对其职业选择有一定的帮助。期待对我国普通高校实践教学及创新人才培养提供一个可资借鉴的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the internship in Japanese universities,and based on the career education theory,this paper discusses the teaching practice mode of internship as part of undergraduate program in universities.The practice teaching mode of sociology mainly embodies characteristics such as: the combination of internship and career education in the teaching philosophy; the combination of theoretical learning and practical experience in learning form and the combination of universitiesand enterprisesin the way of instruction. The practice proves that the students have a personal understanding of the employment orientation of sociology,and their various social practical abilities have been promoted. Occupational concept,interest and consciousness have also been gained by these students. The investigation also shows that students who choose this course have a high employment rate after graduation,andthe internship also helps in their career choices. It is expected to provide a model for the actual teaching and bring about innovation in Chinese universities.更多还原
