手推式电动除草机设计与试验

【摘要】 田间管理中使用除草机械来抑制杂草可以有效避免化学除草剂对农作物和环境带来的影响和潜在危机。设计一种手推式电动除草机,以蓄电池为动力驱动除草刀片旋转入土,实现切断杂草并埋入土中,并有翻出草根的功能。该除草机结构紧凑、使用方便。通过试验得到电机的转速与刀片的入土深度呈正比关系,具有良好的除草效果。

【Abstract】 Weeding machinery is used to control weeds in farmland field management which can avoid effectively impact and potential crisis of chemical herbicides on plants,animals and environment. An electric trolleying weeding machine was designed.Powered by battery,hoeing blades were rotated and cut into soil to cut off weeds and embedded in soil,and could pull out grass roots. Electric trolleying weeding machine’s structure was compact and easy to use. Experiment results showed that speed of motor was directly proportional to insert depth of blade which achieved a good hoeing effect.
