神华烟煤氧化自燃过程及失水机理研究

【摘要】 为了研究煤氧化自燃的反应过程及反应机理,利用热重分析方式模拟煤自燃发生的整个过程得到煤氧化自燃过程的TG-DTG曲线。研究分析了煤氧化自燃过程的TG-DTG曲线,并应用Malek方法分析了煤氧化自燃过程中失水失重阶段的反应机理。研究结果表明:煤氧化自燃的过程可分为四个阶段,失水失重阶段、吸氧增重阶段、受热裂解阶段和快速燃烧阶段。利用Malek法得到了失水失重阶段的最概然机理函数,并用作图法验证了所求最概然机理函数的正确性。

【Abstract】 In order to study the reaction process of coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion and the reaction mechanism,thermogravimetric analysis was used to simulate the whole process of coal spontaneous combustion to obtain the whole curves of TG-DTG. The TG-DTG curves of coal spontaneous combustion process were analyzed. Using the Malek method,the reaction mechanism of the dehydration and weightlessness stage in coal spontaneous combustion process were analyzed. The experiment results showed that the process of coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion could be divided into four stages,the stage of water loss and weight decrease,the stage of oxidation and weight increase,the stage of thermal cracking and rapid combustion. By using the Malek method,the most probable mechanism function of the stage of water loss was obtained,and the correctness of the mechanism function was verified by the mapping method.
