一种高炉煤气补燃方法的研究
Study on a new method of blast furnace gas combustion
【摘要】 介绍了钢厂烧结工序中烧结余热发电的现状,指明其中存在的不足之处,并以某钢厂烧结余热发电为研究背景,提出烧结余热补燃方案。利用高炉煤气补燃技术和低氮燃烧技术为理念,设计高炉煤气燃烧器燃烧钢厂富余的高炉煤气,将烟道内600℃的烟气加热至900℃成为高品质的烟气进入余热锅炉发电。结果发现,通过此补燃装置烧结余热发电系统可以比原有的发电系统每年多发电3.381×108k Wh,经济效益和环境效益明显。
【Abstract】 The current situation of sintering waste heat power generation in the steel sintering process was introduced,the shortcomings of which were pointed out. The scheme of supplementary burning for sintering waste heat was put forward by researching sintering waste heat power generation of a steel plant. By taking the technology of supplementary burning with blast furnace gas and the technology of low-nitrogen combustion as the theories,the blast furnace gas burners were designed,which could burn the surplus blast furnace gas of steel plants and raise the flue gas temperature from 600 ℃ to 900 ℃ in the flues. Then,the high quality of flue gas produced by heating entered the waste heat boiler and generated electric power. It was found that the sintering waste heat power generation system could generate 3. 381× 108 k Wh more than the original power generation system every year,which could bring economic and environmental benefits.
