臭氧对厨余垃圾产生的VOCs去除效率研究
STUDY ON THE REMOVAL EFFICIENCY OF VOCS PRODUCED BY KITCHEN WASTE BY OZONE METHOD
【摘要】 将厨余垃圾经过为期2 d的有氧与厌氧交替发酵,在初始VOCs浓度为40~45 ppm的情况下,分析了臭氧通入量和温度对厨余垃圾VOCs去除效率的影响规律。在温度为35℃的条件下,通入14 mg臭氧的VOCs去除率最高,达到56.56%,臭氧过量(通入量≥20 mg)会发生二次反应,生成醛酮类物质导致VOCs浓度上升;在臭氧量通入量为20 mg的条件下,温度为25℃时的VOCs去除率高最高,达到60.70%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, kitchen waste was treated by aerobic and anaerobic fermentation for2 days. The effects of ozone flux and temperature on the VOCs(produced by kitchen waste)removal efficiency were investigated with an initial VOCs concentration of 40 ~45 ppm. When the temperature was 35 ℃, VOCs removal rate reached the maximum value(56.56 %) with14 mg ozone. Extra ozone would result in a secondary reaction and generate aldehydes and ketones, which caused the VOCs concentration to rise.When the ozone dose was 20 mg, VOCs removal rate reached the maximum value(60.70 %) with a temperature of 25 ℃.
