【摘要】 目的观察疏肝益阳胶囊对于少、弱精子症患者精液质量和性功能的治疗效果。方法 139例少、弱精子症患者,服用疏肝益阳胶囊,共3个月。每个月复查精液,进行自身前后对照,评估药物疗效。结果本研究139例患者中,最终完成研究的共117例,其中弱精子症组完成研究的患者为98例,平均年龄为(30.7±4.76)岁。与治疗前相比,弱精子症患者在服用疏肝益阳胶囊3个月,精液量无明显变化;但是患者的精子浓度明显增加,在服药后4、8和12周分别增加了11.2%、17.3%和34.5%,与治疗前相比差异均具统计学意义(P <0.05,P <0.01,P <0.01);前向运动精子百分率随着用药时间的延长也逐渐增加,服药4、8、12周后与治疗前比较差异均具统计学意义(P均<0.01),12周与8周比较,8周与4周比较差异也均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);正常形态精子比例在用药12周后也有改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与第8周比较也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。少精子症组完成研究的患者为46例,平均年龄为(29.3±3.13)岁,在服用疏肝益阳胶囊3个月内精子浓度随着用药时间的延长逐渐增加,在服药4、8、12周后与治疗前比较(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01);前向运动精子百分率在服药4、8、12周后,与治疗前比较差异也有显著提高(P <0.05,P <0.05,P <0.01);正常形态精子比率也在12周后有了显著改善,与治疗前比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.01)。此外,少精子症和弱精子症患者的勃起功能均在用药3个月后与治疗前相比也有了显著改善,差异具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疏肝益阳胶囊可明显提高少、弱精子症患者的精液质量和勃起功能,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ShuGanYiYang on semen quality and sexual function inpatients with oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods Total of 139 patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia were treated with ShuGanYiYang for 3 months.Semen samples were examined every month and evaluated before and after the treatment.Results Of the 139 patients,117 completed the study including 98 asthenospermia patients in asthenospermia group,with an average age of(30.7±4.76) years.After treatment,in the asthenospermia group,semen volume of patients had no obvious change,but their sperm concentration were significantly increased after 4,8,and 12 weeks,respectively(11.2%,17.3% and 34.5%,P <0.05),spermatozoa in the preceding movement were also increased(P <0.05).46 oligospermatism patients in oligospermatism group completed the study,with an average age(29.3±3.13) years old.After taking ShuGanYiYang for 3 months,the sperm concentration was increased gradually with the prolongation of drug use time(P <0.05),the percentage of motile sperm and normal sperm morphology rate were also increased.In addition,erectile function in patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia was improved significantly after 3 months of treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion ShuGanYiYang can significantly improve the semen quality and erectile function in patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
