【摘要】 目的评估他达那非联合十一酸睾酮治疗糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍(ED)的有效性和安全性。方法选取80例ED合并糖尿病的患者,随机分为两组:联合用药组(他达那非联合十一酸睾酮)和单一用药组(单用他达那非),两组各为40例。治疗8周后以国际勃起功能问卷5(IIEF-5)评估治疗的有效性,以不良反应发生率评估治疗的安全性。结果治疗后联合用药组IIEF-5由(13.20±3.33)分上升至(19.05±2.05)分,单一用药组由(11.78±3.41)分上升至(17.87±2.54)分,两组患者的IIEF-5评分均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。且联合用药组疗效显著优于单一用药组,差异也具统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异。结论他达那非治疗ED合并糖尿病的患者,安全有效,联合十一酸睾酮疗效更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objiective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tadanafil and testosterone in the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED) associated with diabetes. Methods Eighty ED patients associated with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in Group Ⅰ(N=40)were administrated with tadanafil and testosterone, and the patients in Group Ⅱ(N=40)with tadanafil only.International Index of Erectile Function 5(IIEF-5) was used to assess erectile function before the treatment and after 8-week-treatment. Results IIEF-5 scores of the patients in both groups after 8 weeks treatment were all higher than that before treatment(Group Ⅰ: 19.05±2.05 vs 13.20±3.33, Group Ⅱ: 17.87±2.54 vs 11.78±3.41, both P <0.001). Moreover, IIEF-5 score of the patients in Group Ⅰ was higher than that in Group Ⅱ after the treatment. There were no significant differences on adverse effects between the two groups. Conclusion Tadanafil combining with testosterone may be useful in improving ED symptom and sexual life quality for middle aged male patients with ED.更多还原
