【摘要】 基于宁夏回族自治区的金融扶贫经验,在金融扶贫实施过程中,"贷款难、贷款贵"等传统难题基本得到解决,增强了农民脱贫主动性和金融支农效益。但仍然面临着来自农村金融服务体系、金融机构和农民禀赋差异三方面的困境。破除困境,实现农村金融扶贫可持续发展就要坚持顶层设计与地方因地制宜、发展优势产业项目、发挥农村信用体系作用等农村金融扶贫路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the experience of financial poverty reduction in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, in the process of financial poverty reduction, traditional problems such as "difficulty in loans and expensive loans" have been basically solved and the initiative of farmers to get rid of poverty and the benefits of financial support have been enhanced. However, it still faces the dilemma from the differences in rural financial service systems, financial institutions and farmers’ endowment. To overcome the predicament and realize the sustainable development of rural financial poverty reduction, it is necessary to adhere to financial poverty reduction paths such as sticking to the toplevel design and adapting to local conditions, developing advantageous industrial projects and playing the role of rural credit system.更多还原
