小胶质细胞极化在创伤性脑损伤中的作用及潜在的药物干预治疗靶点
The role of microglial polarization in traumatic brain injury and potential therapeutic targets for pharmacological intervention
【摘要】 创伤性脑损伤是一种由外部机械力引起的,对脑组织危害极大的疾病。小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统中的主要细胞成分,在神经系统的发育及神经元的形成等生理活动方面发挥着重要作用。本文综述小胶质细胞极化在创伤性脑损伤中的作用以及对治疗创伤性脑损伤可能有效的潜在药物。
【Abstract】 The traumatic brain injury is a kind of disease caused by external mechanical force and it is great harm to the brain. Microglia is the main components of the central nervous system, which plays an important role in some physiological activities such as the development of the nervous system and the formation of the neuron. This article reviews the role microglia polarization in the traumatic brain injury and the effective and potential drugs for treatment of traumatic brain injury.
