【摘要】 本文介绍了一种用于无框门玻璃升降器的自动拉线预紧器及其工作原理。拉线预紧器作为玻璃升降器系统中的一个关键子系统,其设计和功能的表现直接影响到整个玻璃升降系统的工作表现。在无框门模块玻璃升降系统中,由于系统受力更大,拉线对自身,对周边零部件的摩擦损耗更加严重,导致常规的预紧器无法满足无框门模块玻璃升降系统的要求。而预紧力性能更佳,能满足整个系统在生命周期需求的自动拉线预紧器则是本文的重点研究对象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduce one automatic cable tensioner and its working method for frameless door window regulator. Cable tensioner is one of the most import sub-system for door system, the quality and performance will directory affect the final quality and performance of door system, especially for the window regulator system. In the frameless door window regulator system, because of the higher system cable pull force, cause high requirement of the cable itself, as well as the related components. Because of the higher requirement, normal cable tensioner can not meet the requirement. The cable tensioner which can bear higher cable force, provide stable cable force and fulfill the over life cable force requirement is our key object of this article.更多还原
