【摘要】 明代的散茶冲泡,标志着茶饮真正走入了平民化阶段,全民参与让茶文化开启了第二个春天。茶文化复兴的显著标志,便是大量茶书在明代尤其是晚明纷纷问世。而在这数量庞大的茶书中,江西人也贡献了几部经典著作,现存于世的有朱权《茶谱》、熊明遇《罗岕茶记》以及喻政的《茶书》与《茶集》。他们以各自鲜明的特色和不朽的生命力,迅速成为明代茶书中的佼佼者,并为后世茶人所津津乐道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The brewing of loose tea in the Ming Dynasty marked the beginning of the popularization of tea. The participation of the whole people made the tea culture popular again. The revitalization of tea culture witnessed a large number of tea books published. Among this huge number of tea books, people from Jiangxi compiled several classic works such as Zhu Quan’s Tea Spectrum, Xiong Mingyu’s Luojie Tea Notes and Yu Zheng’s Tea Book and Tea Collection. All these books, with unique characteristics and immortality, became outstanding tea books of the Ming Dynasty, and have been relished by the later generations of tea professionals.更多还原
