【摘要】 介绍了采自湖北省赛武当国家级自然保护区的一种大型真菌。通过详细的形态学特征观察和基于内部转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)序列的分子系统学分析表明,该种为坚实田头菇Agrocybe firma(Peck)Singer。经文献检索,该物种在中国系首次记录。该种主要鉴别特征:菌盖幼时暗褐色,成熟时黄褐色;菌柄淡褐色,中空;无菌环;菌褶极密,不等长,直生;担孢子光滑,黄褐色,6.9μm×4.3μm,在梅氏试剂中颜色加深为褐色;生于阔叶树腐木上。研究标本存放于汉江师范学院真菌标本室(HMHNU)。更多还原

【Abstract】 A large fungus collected from the Saiwudang National Nature Reserve in Hubei Province was introduced.Detailed morphological examination and phylogenetical analysis based on nuclear ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequences identified it as Agrocybe firma(Peck) Singer.According to literature search,the species was first recorded in China.The main distinguishing features of Agrocybe firma are as follows:the pileus is dark brown when it is young,and turns yellow brown at maturity;the stem is pale brown and hollow;without a ring;the pleats are extremely dense,with unequal length,but straight;the spores are smooth,yellow-brown,6.9 μm×4.3 μm in size,brown color in Melzer’s reagent;growing on rotten wood of broadleaf trees.The specimen is deposited in the Herbarium of Mycology of Hanjiang Normal University(HMHNU).更多还原
