丛枝病对白花泡桐环状RNA表达谱变化的影响

【摘要】 为了进一步探究泡桐丛枝病发生的分子机制,以白花泡桐健康苗及病苗为试验材料,参考白花泡桐基因组序列,利用高通量测序技术研究白花泡桐circRNAs在丛枝病发病过程中的表达情况。通过进一步分析,本研究共鉴定得到1 009个circRNAs,其中差异表达的为50个。对差异circRNAs的host gene进行GO功能分类和KEGG pathway富集分析。其中,GO功能分类结果表明,这些host gene主要涉及叶绿体、蛋白结合、细胞质方面的功能。KEGG代谢通路分析表明他们参与了Plant-pathogen interaction、Glycine,serine and threonine metabolism等代谢通路。

【Abstract】 In order to further study the molecular mechanism associated with paulownia witches’ broom(Pa WB),we used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the expression of circRNAs based on Paulownia fortunei genome in healthy Paulownia fortunei plantlets and Pa WB-infected plantlets. A total of 1 009 circRNAs were identified for 50 aberrantly expressed circRNAs associated with Pa WB.Then the aberrantly expressed circRNAs of the host gene were classified by Gene ontology( GO)functional classification and analyzed by KEGG pathway analysis. GO functional classification of the circRNAs suggested that the host gene was mainly involved in chloroplast, protein binding and cytoplasm classifications. KEGG pathway analysis showed that these aberrantly expressed host genes had participated in plant-pathogen interaction,glycine,serine and threonine metabolism.
