血清素和转录因子相互作用记忆形成模型的动力学分析
Kinetic Analysis of a Memory Formation Model for Interactions between Serotonin and Transcription Factors
【摘要】 长期记忆的形成需要血清素5-HT激活转录因子CREB1和CREB2,因此通过建模来研究其相互调控作用为进一步的生物机制的探讨提供一定的指导作用.本文基于CREB1和CREB2相互调节的最小模型,通过两个正反馈回路与两个负反馈回路的耦合建立模型,并利用单参数和双参数分岔分析,通过改变调控作用强度和5-HT的水平实现系统单稳、双稳、以及振荡之间的切换,进而使生物体处于一个更适应环境的状态.
【Abstract】 The formation of long-term memory requires 5-HT to modulate the transcription factors CREB1 and CREB2,so the research on interlinked regulations between them through mathematical modeling can provide guidance for further exploration on biological mechanism.Here,a biological model of two positive feedback loops coupled with two negative feedback loops is established based on a minimum model of regulation between CREB1 and CREB2.By means of one-and two-parameter bifurcation analyses,the system switches from monostability to bistability or even oscillations are obtained when adjusting the feedback strength as well as the concentration of 5-HT,which can further induce the organism to stay in a more adaptive environment.
