【Abstract】 The rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Fuxin raises higher requirements for the legal management. Through the questionnaire survey on the effectiveness of enterprise legal management, it is found that the effectiveness of legal management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Fuxin need to be improved.
