阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的血清高敏C反应蛋白、妊娠相关蛋白A水平研究

【摘要】 目的:检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和妊娠相关蛋白-A (PAPP-A)水平,探讨hsCRP、PAPP-A与OSAHS的相关性。方法:选取本院住院的轻度、中度、重度OSAHS患者各40例及抽取同期本院健康体检人员80名分组(肥胖对照组40名,非肥胖对照组40名);调查各组临床基线资料,检测各组血浆hsCRP、PAPP-A水平。结果:各组年龄、LDL、HDL等指标无明显差异(P>0.05);OSAHS组胆固醇、TG、SaO2、SBP、DBP、UCA均分别与肥胖对照组、非肥胖对照组对比差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OSAHS组BMI、胆固醇、DBP显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。OSAHS患者病情差异分组,各组OSAHS患者hsCRP、PAPP-A水平均有明显差异(P<0.05),且随OSAHS病情越重,其hsCRP、PAPP-A水平也随之升高。结论:检测OSAHS患者hsCRP、PAPP-A水平有助于评估OSAHS患者发生心血管病风险及探讨其发生心血管病的机理。

【Abstract】 Objective: The levels of serum high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and pregnancy associated protein-A(PAPP-A)were detected in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),and the correlation between hsCRP、PAPP-A and OSAHS were investigated. Methods:40 mild OSAHS, 40 moderate OSAHS,40 severe patients and 80 health examination personnel were selected in the our hospital(40 obese control group and40 non obese control group). The baseline data of each group were investigated, and the levels of plasma hsCRP and PAPP-A were detected in each group. Results:There was no significant difference in age、LDL and HDL in each group(P>0.05), and the difference of cholesterol、TG、SaO2、SBP、DBP and UCA in group OSAHS were statistically significant(P<0.05)Compared with obesity control group and non obesity control group, respectively. BMI、cholesterol and DBP in group OSAHS were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The level of hsCRP and PAPP-A in each group of OSAHS patients was significantly different(P<0.05), and the level of hsCRP and PAPP-A increased with the worsening of OSAHS. Conclusion:Detecting the levels of hsCRP and PAPP-A in patients with OSAHS is helpful to assess the risk of cardiovascular disease and explore the mechanism of cardiovascular disease.
