【摘要】 目的:了解石河子大学在校大学生安全认知能力和急救自救能力现状及其影响因素,为学校开展健康教育提供理论依据。方法:应用2008年首次全国健康素养调查中安全与急救部分,采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取石河子大学的2 057名大学生进行问卷星网络问卷调查。结果:石河子大学在校大学生安全急救素养总体水平为60.5%,医药科学学部学生安全急救素养总体水平(69.1%)显著高于非医药科学学部学生安全急救素养总体水平(56.0%)。大学生生活安全、急救方法具备率较高,职业安全具备率最低。Logistic回归分析显示,医药科学学部学生安全急救素养的主要影响因素是性别和年级;非医药科学学部学生安全急救素养的主要影响因素是选修安全急救课程。结论:石河子大学在校大学生安全急救素养水平虽然较高,但在职业安全方面回答正确情况较差,应充分利用综合性大学优势,使学生全面掌握健康知识和技能,并引导学生形成良好的行为习惯及健康的生活方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the status and influence factors of safety cognitive ability,self-help and first aid capacity in emergency event among college students in Shihezi University,and provide theory basis for school health education.Methods:Questionnaire was designed based on the safety and first aid part of the first national health literacy survey in 2008,2057 students were investigated by internet questionnaire,with multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method.Results:The mastering rate of safety and first aid among college students in Shihezi University was 60.5%,and the mastering rate of safety and first aid among medical science department students(69.1%) was apparently higher than non-medical science department students(56.0%).Overall,the mastering rates of life safety and first-aid among college students in Shihezi University were higher than the mastering rate of occupation safety.Logistic regression analysis shows that the main influence factors of safety and first aid rate among students in medical science department are gender and grade,while the main influence factors among students in non-medical science department were safety and first aid associated optional courses.Conclusion:Although the mastering rate of safety and first aid among college students in Shihezi University is higher,the mastering rate of occupation safety is low.The school should make full use of the advantage of comprehensive university,to make the students master health knowledge and skills,and guide students to form good habits and a healthy life style.更多还原
