【摘要】 文章分析了安徽省农业科学院学科建设的现状及其学科建设中存在的问题,介绍了其学科建设的思路,并针对问题提出了优化调整学科布局、明确学科建设方向、打造优秀学科人才团队、强化学科平台条件建设、加强学科间合作与交流等加强学科建设的措施,以期为新时期农业科研院所的学科建设提供参考。
【英文摘要】 The status and problems of discipline construction of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences were analyzed in the paper. The conception of discipline construction was introduced. Accordingly, countermeasures were put forward, including the optimization and adjustment of discipline layout, clearing the directions, building elite teams, enhancing the construction of discipline platform, strengthening cooperation and communication between different disciplines.
