基于动态特性的甘蔗收获机刀架仿真和模态分析
Simulation and Modal Analysis of Sugarcane Harvester Tool Post Based on the Dynamic Characteristics
【摘要】 为进一步提高甘蔗收获机宿根切割质量,结合UG、ANSYS等软件及模态测试系统,对课题组第2台甘蔗收获机刀架进行仿真和试验模态分析,刀架结构包括齿轮箱和提升转臂。研究发现:齿轮箱中部连杆长度大,结构刚性较弱;加强中部连杆结构后,齿轮箱前3阶模态固有频率分别提高了86%、173%、26%,刚性明显提高;齿轮箱结构加强后,刀架前3阶模态固频由19.7、20.14、41.92Hz变为29.697、34.710、64.063Hz,刚性明显提高。相同外界激励信号下,试验采集刀架结构改机前后的动态响应,验证了仿真试验结果,同时为高刚性刀架结构优化设计研究提供了技术基础。
【Abstract】 In order to further improve the perennial root cutting quality of sugarcane harvester,we use UG、ANSYS and modal testing system to do some research on the second sugarcane harvest machine tool post,the structure of which includes gear box and promote the boom in our team,and the results show that: the middle of connecting rod of the gear box has a weak structural rigidity,because of its length. After strengthening the central connecting rod structure,the natural frequency of the first three mode of gear box has increased by 86%,173% and 173% respectively,the structure rigid has been improved obviously. After strengthening the gear box structure,the first three order modal natural frequency has been changed from 19. 7 Hz,20. 14 Hz,20. 14 Hz to 29. 697 Hz,34. 710 Hz,64. 063 Hz,and its structure inflexibility has been improved obviously. Collection of the dynamic response of the tool carrier structure changes before and after the machine under the same external excitation signal,verifying the simulation results. In this paper,it provides technical basis for optimization design research of high rigid tool post structure.
