全自动移栽机送取分装置空间协调设计与试验研究
Spatial Coordinated Design and Experimental Study on Key Components of Fully Automatic Transplanting Machine
【摘要】 为使全自动移栽机执行部件间空间关系协调,确保移栽机移栽各环节移栽成功率,对乘坐式全自动移栽机的送苗装置、取苗装置和分苗装置间的空间关系协调配合进行设计。通过空间关系数学模型分析,确定了取苗深度和投苗高度是分别影响送取环节和取分环节空间协调的关键影响因素;并通过高速摄影技术及试验分析,确定了以取苗时钵苗夹取深度为30mm时,送苗装置与取苗装置进行空间协调配合,以及以投苗高度为3 5 mm时,取苗装置与分苗装置进行空间协调配合。该研究可有效地保证全自动移栽机移栽各环节的移栽成功率。
【Abstract】 In order to make the space relation coordination between the parts of the automatic transplanting machine to ensure the success rate of the transplanting of the transplanting machine,this paper analyzes and design the space relation coordination of the conveying device,the taking seedling device and the separation seedling device.Through the analysis of spatial relationship mathematical model,it is determined that the depth of taking seedling and the height of throwing seedling are the key influencing factors that affect the coordination of the taking seedling and throwing seedling links.The high speed photography technique and the experimental analysis are used to determine the key influencing factors.When the depth of clamping is 30 mm,the conveying device is coordinated with the taking seedling device,and when the height is 35 mm,the taking seedling device is coordinated with the separation seedling device.The transplanting success rate of the automatic transplanter is effectively guaranteed.
