WDB800圆捆机草捆称重系统设计与试验

【摘要】 基于STM32处理器设计了圆捆机草捆随车动态称重系统,确定了称重试验台的安装位置,并利用网卷代替草捆,选取影响称重试验台监测精度的固定架长度、秤台宽度,以及秤台末端距固定架尾端距离进作为试验因素,以称重系统有效数据段的数据平稳度作为评价指标进行试验研究。结果表明:当固定架长度为1.2m、秤台宽度为0.6m、秤台末端距固定架尾端距离为0.1m时,有效数据段最为平稳。以该组参数安装草捆随车动态称重试验台,能有效对圆捆机草捆质量实行动态监测,监测误差小于3%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a straw bale weighing system based on the STM32 processor was designed for the straw bale weighing problem with vehicle,and the installation position of the weighing platform was determined. Using the net volume instead of straw bale,and taken the length of the supporting structure,the width of the weighing platform and the distance between the end of weighing platform with end of the fixed frame as the test factors. The smoothness of the effective data segment of the weighing system was taken as the evaluation index for this research. The results show that when the length of the supporting structure was 1. 2 m and the width of weighing platform was 0. 6 m,and the distance of the weighing platform from the end of the supporting structure was 0. 1 m,the effective data segment is most stable. The dynamic weighing platform with vehicle is installed by the parameters,and it is effective to dynamic monitor the weight of the straw bale. The error is less than 3%.
