锤片式粉碎机三角形筛片的设计及试验研究
The Design and Experimental Study on the Triangular Screen of Hammer Mill
【摘要】 环筛式锤片饲料粉碎机工作中,粉碎室内空气-物料环流层的存在严重影响粉碎机性能。为此,设计了一种三角形筛片代替传统环形平筛,以构成异形粉碎室,进而破坏环流层、改善粉碎机性能。首先根据工程流体力学流道截面理论,分析了三角形筛片异形粉碎室内的气流运动特性及对粉碎机性能的影响,在此基础上进行试验研究,验证了三角形筛片可有效改善粉碎性能。基于粉碎性能试验结果,分析了三角形筛片结构参数(顶角角度、高度及间距)变化对粉碎性能的影响规律。结果表明:采用三角形筛片可使粉碎机性能有效改善,尤其当三角形顶角为110°、高度为4mm、间距为7mm时,粉碎效果最佳,生产率比环形平筛增加22.70%,度电产量增加29.40%,温升降低39.10%。
【Abstract】 When the circular feed hammer mill working,the layer of air-material circular existed in the grinding chamber has a serious impact on performance of hammer mill. Therefore,instead of the traditional circular screen,a kinds of triangular screen designed in this research was used for constituting the special-shaped grinding chamber,which could break the air-material circular layer,and improve the performance of hammer mill. According to the theory of engineering fluid mechanics runner section,this research analyzed the air flow movement characteristics of the triangle screen special-shaped chamber,and the influence of the air flow movement characteristics on performance of hammer mill. On the basis of this,the experimental study was carried out to verify that the triangular screen could improve the crushing performance effectively. Based on the results of grinding performance test,this research analyzed the influence of triangular screen structure parameters( vertex angle,height and space) on grinding performance. The results showed that the use of triangular screen could effectively improve the performance of hammer mill,especially when vertex angle of the triangular screen is 110°,the height is 4 mm and the space is 7 mm,crushing performance is the best. Comparing the circular screen,its productivity is increased by 22. 70%,kilowatt yield’ s 29. 40%,and temperature is declined by 39. 10%.
