酿酒葡萄果实振动脱粒特性研究
Vibrating Threshing Performance of Wine Grape
【摘要】 葡萄果粒在不同振动条件下的脱粒特性,可以为葡萄振动式采摘机构的设计研发提供理论依据和技术支持。为此,研制了振动式果粒脱粒试验台,主要包括振动台、高速摄影仪和单片机控制系统。通过对葡萄果粒的正交试验,得出了果粒脱粒特性与振动频率、果粒质量及振动振幅之间的关系,并通过高速摄影分析果粒在振动过程中运动规律,进而对果粒的疲劳特性进行了分析。试验结果表明:影响葡萄果粒脱粒特性唯一显著因素为振动频率,最佳频率为4~4.5Hz;振动葡萄脱粒的最大拉力应保证大于0.2N;振动频率应该选大于4Hz,振动脱粒对葡萄果粒的作功小于0.5J。
【Abstract】 The wine grape threshing vibration characteristics under different condition can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the design of guidance picking grapes vibrating mechanism. This paper designed a threshing vibration test,including vibration table,high speed camera and microcontroller system. Through the grape vibration testing,test the relationship between grape threshing characteristic vibration frequency,vibration amplitude between grape quality. Through a high-speed photographic analysis of grapes movement of vibration process,the analysis of the fatigue properties of grapes has been gain. The test results show that the significant factor affecting grape is vibration frequency,the optimal frequency of 4-4. 5Hz. The maximum tension of vibrations grape threshing should greater than 0. 2N. The range of vibration frequency should be used more than 4Hz,then the power of vibration for the grape threshing will be less than 0. 5N.
