喷雾机平顺性随机输入行驶试验与分析
Random Input Running Test and Analysis of Sprayer Ride Comfort
【摘要】 在复杂地形地貌的农林环境下作业,势必会引起大型喷杆喷雾机机身的晃动,造成承载药液对药箱的撞击和喷杆的振动。为此,以MAZZOTTI MAF5240型喷雾机为试验机型,测定喷雾机在不同工况行驶时车身振动的随机信号,通过数据采集和分析,使用振动测试系统测试和评价喷雾机振动对乘员及货物的影响,评价喷雾机的平顺性;测试系统的安装标定、采集和处理喷雾机在不同工况时座椅和地板传递给人体的振动频率和振动加速度幅值,分析计算车身振动的固有频率和加权加速度均方根值,对试验车辆的行驶平顺性做出客观评价。
【Abstract】 Working in the landform environment of agriculture and forestry,is bound to cause a large boom sprayer machine body shaking,It is leading to that carrying liquid have a knock on medicine box and causing the virbration of the spray lance. Take the MAZZOTTI MAF5240 sprayer for testing machine,test the random signal of vehicle vibration in different driving condinition. THrough data collection and analysis,using the vibration testing system test and evaluate the influence of the vibration of the sprayer on passengers and goods and the sprayer comfort. The installation,calibration,collecting and processing sprayer in different working condinition of the test system,the seats and floor is passed on the vibration frequency and vibration acceleration amplitude of the body,analyse and calculate the body natural frequency and root mean square value of weighted acceleration,to make an objective evaluation in the experimental vehicle riding comfort.
