秸秆打捆机柱塞驱动机构的结构设计与分析
Structure Design and Analysis of Piston Driving Mechanism of Straw Bale
【摘要】 针对目前玉米秸秆收集效率低的问题,进行了打捆机柱塞驱动机构结构设计与参数优化,通过理论计算设定了柱塞驱动机构3组结构尺寸,利用Solid Works软件对打捆机构进行三维建模,并采用有限元对其进行仿真分析。根据仿真分析结果获得驱动连杆应力和应变分布情况,最终确定柱塞驱动机构采用对心式空间布置,曲柄、连杆长度分别为330mm与750mm。进行了整机性能验证试验,试验结果表明:成捆率达到98.3%,规则草捆率达到97.7%,草捆密度达到165~180kg/m3,机器运行安全、可靠、性能优良。该机构能够满足玉米秸秆打捆作业工艺要求,研究结果可为相关技术研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of corn straw,this paper carried out the structure design and parameter optimization of the drive mechanism of the baler,the structure dimensions of the plunger drive mechanism were determined by theoretical calculation. For comparative analysis,three groups of structure size were selected,Solidworks software was used to analyze the baling mechanism with dimensional modeling,according to the results of finite element simulation analysis,the stress and strain distribution of the driving connecting rod are obtained and the plunger drive mechanism is arranged in the heart-type space,the crank length is 330 mm and connecting rod length is 750 mm respectively.The whole machine rationality verification test was carried out and the test results show that the bale rate was 98. 3%,the rules of the bale rate was 97. 7%,the straw bale density was 165-180kg/m3. The machine was safe,reliable and excellent,which is designed to meet the corn straw baling operation process requirements,the results can provide a reference for related technology research.
