【摘要】 结合国内外各类秸秆打捆机的工作原理及应用现状,对打捆机的性能进行对比分析。分析表明:割捆机价格低、适用性强,便于小地块秸秆收割;圆捆打捆机价格适中、可与包膜机配套使用,在小型农场秸秆收割中广泛使用;方捆打捆机所打的秸秆捆密度高、可连续作业,用于大中型农场收割。同时,根据不同打捆机性能特点,总结了发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper combines the working principle and application in domestic and foreign straw baler machine,and analyzed the performance of the straw baler machine.For the reason of low price and strong applicability,sheaf binder applied to small fields.Circular baler can be matched with wrapping machine and the price is moderate,which is widely used in small farms.Rectangular baler is used to large and medium farms,because it can work continuously,and the density of straw bale is higher than other bale.According to the performance characteristics of different straw bale machine,we elaborated the development trend.更多还原
