铺膜铺管马铃薯播种机的设计与试验

【摘要】 针对新疆干旱地区马铃薯种植需求,设计了带有铺膜铺管装置的马铃薯播种机,分析了播种机工作原理,确定了关键部件结构参数。为研究其种植精度,以重种指数、漏种指数、播种深度合格率及粒距变异系数为评价指标,在新疆和硕展开田间播种试验。试验结果表明:该机具重种指数4.1%,漏种指数2.0%,粒距合格率9 3.9%,粒距变异系数1 8.3%,播种深度合格率8 5.0%;在机具作业速度为1.2 m/s时,生产率为0.5 6 hm~2/h。该播种机具性能优良,生产效率较高,可满足新疆干旱地区马铃薯种植要求。

【Abstract】 To meet the arid areas potato growing demand in Xin jiang,this article is designed a potato planter with filming and piping device.This paper described the operation principle of the potato planter,and determine the basic form and structure parameters of the key parts.In order to study its working performance,thinking the value of the index of leakage,the qualified rate of sowing depth and the variation coefficient of grain distance,penman does insemination experiment on field in Heshuo,Xinjiang.Experiments shows that the spacing coefficient of wide ridge potato planter is17%,leakage sowing rate is 1%,repeat rate is 5%,qualified rate of row depth is 85%.The productivity of planter is 0.56hm~2/h when the planter speed is 1.2m/s.The planter with excellent performance,high production efficiency and meet the requirements of Xinjiang Agricultural Water Saving Irrigation.
