大田卷盘拖管水溶肥平移灌溉控制系统的设计

【摘要】 为了满足大田灌溉施肥一体化控制自动化程度的需求、实现对大田作物灌溉和施肥的精准自动控制,设计了一种大田卷盘拖管水溶肥平移灌溉控制系统。该系统以STM32系列控制器为控制核心,以KEIL MDK作为软件开发平台,以VisualTFT软件作为人机界面软件开发工具,使系统具有较高的稳定性,又有直观、友好的人机界面。在无极县经过实际应用试验表明:该系统对水肥的EC值和pH值能进行精确控制,具有设计合理、操作简单运行可靠等优点,能够满足大田作物的生长需求。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of field irrigation fertilization integration control automation and realize accurate automatic control of field crop irrigation and fertilization,we design a kind of field coil pipe water soluble fertilizer translation irrigation control system.The system owes the STM32-series controller as the core,the KEIL MDK as the software development platform and the Visual TFT software as the man-machine interface software development tool,which makes the system high stability,having an intuitive,friendly man-machine interface.The system is tested in actual application in wuji county,and the result shows that the system can be accurately cont rolled in the EC and pH value of the water fertilizer.the control system has the advantage of simple operation,reliable operation and so on.It can meet the demand of field crops growth.
