便携式电动核桃采摘机的设计与试验研究
Design and Experimental Study of the Portable Motor-driven Walnut Picking Machine
【摘要】 为了解决核桃人工采摘模式存在的劳动强度大、具有一定危险性、效率低及人工成本高等问题,设计了一种结构简单、便于携带、操作简便的便携式电动核桃采摘机,实现了由直流无刷电机驱动采摘装置来完成核桃采摘工作。通过试验,得出了便携式电动核桃采摘机采摘刀片的最佳工作转速,达到了预期效果。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the existing problem of labor intensity,have certain risk and low efficiency,high labor costs of manual picking model of a walnut,we have designed a simple structure,easy to carry and simple operation of portable motor-driven walnut picking machine.It has achieved the walnut harvest work by a brushless dc motor to driven the picking device.Through experiment,the best working speed of the portable motor-driven walnut picking machine ’s blade has obtained,and we has reached the expected effect.
