二氯异氰尿酸钠漂白黄鼠和社鼠头骨的初步研究

【摘要】 目的:试验进行了家用消毒剂二氯异氰尿酸钠(Sodium dichloroisocyanurate)漂白鼠类头骨技术的初步研究。方法:试验选取了达乌尔黄鼠(Citellus dauricus)以及社鼠(Rattus niviventer)两种不同的鼠类头骨,设置了不同浓度与温度梯度,分别浸泡,并与双氧水进行对比试验,每隔一定时间观察漂白效果。结果:合理范围内,浓度越高,温度越高,需时越短;适当条件下用消毒水可以达到预期的漂白效果;达到同样漂白效果时二氯异氰尿酸钠处理用时较双氧水长。意义:替代传统漂白剂双氧水,不仅节约成本,而且能够保障运输和使用时的安全方便。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment was to find a kind of superior alternative article to replace hydrogen peroxide,which was useful in the process of manufacturing rodent skull specimens. Sodium dichloroisocyanurate, a kind of household disinfectant, was selected to conduct the preliminary survey on the rodent skull bleach, in order to obtain a more beautiful rodent skull specimen that have a better bleaching effect. Two different kinds of rodent skull, the Citellus dauricus and the Rattus niviventer, were selected. A different concentration and temperature gradients were set, both of them were soaked by Disinfectant,comparing to the effect of hydrogen peroxide. The result was observed after each equal intervals. It was showed that, during the reasonable concentration range, the higher the concentration, the the shorter the soaking time required, and the lower the temperature. Besides, favourable bleaching effects can be observed when using the disinfectant under the appropriate condition. And the Sodium dichloroisocyanurate would expend a longer time than hydrogen peroxide when they achieve the same bleaching effect. It is meaningful that Sodium dichloroisocyanurate is cheaper and it could guarantee a safer transport and more convenient application.
