无人机喷雾参数对水稻冠层雾滴沉积分布的影响
Effects of Spraying Parameters of UAV Ondroplets Deposition Distribution in Rice Canopy
【摘要】 小型农用植保无人机的雾滴沉积效果是衡量喷施质量的重要指标,探索YG 20-6型六旋翼小型农用飞机的雾滴沉积规律即影响因素,参考雾滴飘移理论,采用3因素3水平正交试验,应用小型六旋翼无人机进行喷施试验。根据表结论沉积密度与极差分析可以得出试验号9(A3B3C2)中雾滴在水稻上层、中层、下层的沉积均匀性分别为51.%、72.3%、57.6%;其中,喷头流量、作业速度、作业高度分别为1.0 L/min、4 m/s和2.0 m雾滴在水稻植株上、中、下3层的平均雾滴沉积密度分别为199.4个/cm2、118.2个/cm2、79.5个/cm2,且实际主次顺序依次为速度>高度>流量。
【Abstract】 The droplet deposition effect of small agricultural plant protection UAV is an important index to measure the spraying quality, and the influence factors of the spray deposition law of YG 20-6 type 6 rotor small agricultural aircraft are explored.【Method】Based on the theory of fog-drop drift, three factors of three factors were used to test the application of the small six-rotor UAV.【Result】According to the table conclusion, the deposition density and the extreme difference analysis can be concluded that the sedimentation uniformity of the droplets in the upper, middle and lower layers of the rice is 5. %, 72.3% and 57.6%, respectively, in the test number 9(A3 B3 C2). The nozzle flow, operating speed, operating height were 1.0 L/min, 4 m/s and 2.0 m droplets in rice plants, middle and lower three layers the droplet deposition density to an average of 199.4, 118.2, 79.5 a/cm2 order and the actual primary and secondary speed > height >flow.
