【Abstract】 They system for governing party officials is an intersection between the CPC’s rules and China’s state law. In the new era, this system has developed into a new form, i.e. the coordination between the Party’s system and the state law. In terms of the development of rule of law in this regard, the first priority is to ensure that the governance of party officials should be strictly based on law and established institutions, the core link of which is to coordinate the Party’s rules and regulations with the state law.
