【摘要】 区域协调发展是新时代区域高质量发展的内在要求。作为发达省份,江苏担负着在区域协调发展方面为全国探路的重要使命。江苏在区域协调发展方面形成了相对完善的战略体系,区域差距总体上呈下降态势,但仍面临诸多严重制约,特别是区域绝对差距仍然偏大,创新要素和创新产业的区域失衡严重,多重战略优势背后隐藏着路径依赖与利益分歧的困扰,人力资源的单向流动制约着后发地区的内生增长动力。为此,应完善战略体系,打通融合协调发展的纵横通道;强化要素支撑,突破区域协调发展的多维瓶颈约束;优化推进机制,探索多重难题的系统化求解方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional coordinated development is the inherent requirement of regional high-quality development in the new era. As a developed province,Jiangsu shoulders the important mission of exploring the way for the whole country about regional coordinated development. Jiangsu has formed a relatively perfect strategic system about regional coordinated development,and the regional disparity is declining in general. However,it still faces many serous constraints,especially the large absolute regional disparity. Moreover,the regional imbalance of innovative factors and innovative industries is severe,and behind the multiple strategic advantages lies the puzzlement of path dependence and divergence of interest,and the one-way flow of human resources restricts the endogenous growth of the backward regions. Therefore,Jiangsu should improve the strategic system,get through the vertical and horizontal links of integration and coordinated development; strengthen the element support,and break through the multi-dimensional bottleneck constraints of regional coordinated development; optimize the promotion mechanism,and explore systematic solutions to multiple problems.更多还原
