玉米抗茎腐病种质筛选及杂种优势群划分

【摘要】 为了筛选对玉米茎腐病具有抗性的种质资源,选育抗茎腐病品种。以玉米生产上常用的144份玉米自交系为试验材料,采用自然接种法在两个环境中进行抗性鉴定,筛选出10份稳定高抗玉米茎腐病自交系;明确了这10份玉米自交系所属的杂种优势群,可为玉米抗茎腐病育种提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to screen the germplasm resources resistant to maize stem rot disease,the resistant varieties were selected.In this study,144 maize inbred lines commonly used in maize production were used as experimental materials,and 10 stable and high resistant maize stem rot inbred lines were screened by natural inoculation methods in two environments.The heterosis groups of those 10 maize inbred lines were identified,which could afford references to stem rot resistance-breeding.
