【摘要】 农村家庭收入差异影响着农村内部稳定及农民幸福指数,为更好地研究影响我国农村内部经济收入的差异性因素,本文基于权力分配视角,结合权力配置的"中心—边缘"结构,利用农业部全国农村固定观察点调查数据,以家庭为单位,将样本划分为村干部户和普通村民户;从社会分化的异质性和不平等出发,采用Multinomial Logit模型检验并估计两种家庭收入差距的影响因素;再依据社会分化理论,采用布朗分解方法将各因素分解为权力因素组和非权力因素组,分解出各因素组对收入差距的贡献率,从而厘清权力分配在村干部户和普通村民户之间收入差距过程中扮演的角色,探索改善我国农村贫富分化的有效路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural households’income has a big impact on the stability of rural community as well as on the farmers’happiness index.In order to better study the differences in the internal economic income of rural areas in China,this paper,based on the power distribution perspective,combined with the"central and marginal"structure of power allocation,with the use of the National Rural Fixed Observation P oint Survey Data,the Ministry of Agriculture,taking the family as a unit,with the sample divided into village cadres and ordinary village households,starting from the social heterogeneity and inequality,and with the use of Multinomial Logit Model Test,this research estimated the impact of the two family income gaps,and then decomposed the contribution rate of each factor group into the power factor group and the non-power factor group and then the contribution rate of each factor group to the income gaps according to Blau’s theory of social differentiation and the Brown Decomposition Method.The research purpose was to clarify the role of power distribution in the income gaps between village cadres’households and ordinary village households and explore the effective path to improve the gap between the rich and the poor in rural China.更多还原
