基于层次分析法的多因素模糊综合评价方法在专利转化中的应用
Application of multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process in patent transformation
【摘要】 为了提高评价结果的客观性和有效性,针对目前多种评价方法出现信息丢失,评价精度不高,影响决断决策的问题,该文提出一种多因素模糊综合评价方法。该评价方法能较好地兼顾评价的主观因素和客观因素,能解决判断的模糊性和不确定性的关系,具有信息全面、结果真实的特点。通过对高校专利转化进行验证分析,结果表明该评价方法能更准确地给出评分结果。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the objectivity and effectiveness of the evaluation results,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of multi-factor is proposed in this paper,according to the information loss in various evaluation methods,which has low accuracy of evaluation and affects decision making. This evaluation method can better balance the subjective factors and objective factors of the evaluation,and can solve the fuzzy and uncertain relation of judgment,which has the characteristics of comprehensive information and real results. Through the verification and analysis of the patent transformation in universities,the results show that the evaluation method can give more accurate results.
