【Abstract】 Overseas students are a new intellectual community arising after the Opium War,contributing greatly to the social development of modern China. From the unique perspective of oversea students,Overseas Students Community and the Social development of the Republic of China Period is a specific and comprehensive research on the relationship between Chinese overseas students and the social development of Republic of China Period. It investigates the relationship between overseas students and the social development of Republic of China Period during the late Qing Dynasty and Republic of China Period. This book analyzes and discusses the role,status and function of overseas student community in the social development and modernization of Republic of China Period from various angles and aspects.
