【Abstract】 This paper takes the representative enterprises of photoelectric and mechanical industries in Wuhu as a typical example, to understand the growth path of workers in new industries and the target needs of enterprises for training workers in new industries. From the perspective of the transformation of Open Universities, the paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions for local R TVUs to implement the education and training of new-type industrial workers, so as to solve the institutional bottleneck of the transformation of the new generation of migrant workers to new-type industrial workers.更多还原
