【摘要】 本文通过对汕头在"海上丝绸之路"建设中的角色进行历史考察,找到它未来的发展方向,分析汕头在"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设中可能面临的机遇和挑战,最后从把汕头建设成为粤东区域航运中心、构建"21世纪海上丝绸之路"区域交流新平台、完善"21世纪海上丝绸之路"开放合作新机制、大力发展通信枢纽和大数据产业、引导社会资金参与海洋综合开发和建立华侨人才服务体系等方面得到汕头在"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设中应采取的发展策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article has a historic review on the role that Shantou played in the construction of the "maritime silk road"and points out its future development direction. After an analysis on the opportunities and challenges of Shantou in the construction of the "twenty-first century maritime silk road",the article reaches a conclusion of the development strategy that Shantou should adopt in the construction of the "twenty-first century maritime silk road"through its study on the aspects of how to develop Shantou into the eastern regional shipping center in Guangdong Province,how to set up a regional communication platform of the "twenty-first century maritime silk road",how to improve the new mechanism of opening and cooperation,how to vigorously develop the communication hub and big data industry,how to guide the social capital to participate in the comprehensive marine development and the establishment of overseas talent service system and so on.更多还原
