【摘要】 目的探讨导管室耗材应用"一体化供应和配送"模式管理的效果。方法运用"一体化供应和配送"管理模式前后,比较导管室库存盘点时间、耗材安全库存率、收费错误率、耗材近效期情况。结果实施"一体化供应和配送"模式3个月后,导管室护士用于库存盘点时间由每天>1 h下降至15 min以内;耗材安全库存率由94.42%提高至99.83%;费用收取错误从43台次降低至4台次;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);耗材近效期<3个月由21例降至6例、<1个月由10例降至1例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导管室应用"一体化供应和配送"模式管理,能够达到耗材管理规范化、精细化、智能化、精准化的管理目标,管理效率大幅提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of supply, processing & distribution(SPD) model on consumable management in catheter room. Methods We compared the inventory time, consumable inventory accuracy rate, charge error rate, and whether the consumables approached to the expiration date or not before and after the implementation of SPD model. Results Three months after the implementation of the SPD model, the inventory time was shortened from more than 1 h to less than 15 min; consumable inventory accuracy rate was increased from 94.42% to 99.83% but charge errors was decreased from 43 to 4 times. All the changes showed statistical significance(P<0.05). The number of consumables approaching to the expiration date(within 3 months) decreased from 21 cases to 6 cases and that of consumables approaching to the expiration date(within 1 month) decreased from 10 to 1, which indicated statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion SPD model is effective for the standardized, fine, intelligent and precise management of the consumables, and it is effective for improving management efficiency substantially.更多还原
