【摘要】 目的探讨小组活动健康教育在肝移植受者术后的应用效果。方法选取我院门诊随访的肝移植受者71例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组33例和对照组38例。对照组采取常规干预和渐进性肌肉放松训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予小组活动健康教育。观察2组术后患者干预前及干预9个月末肝移植受者症状、生活质量及社会支持度。结果干预9个月末观察组肝移植受者身体和心理症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预9个月末,除躯体角色功能维度,观察组肝移植术后患者生活质量其他维度得分、社会支持水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝移植受者接受小组活动健康教育,有助于减轻免疫抑制剂不良反应的不利影响,提高其生理与心理健康状况和社会支持水平,有效改善术后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of group activity on the quality of postoperative life in liver transplant recipients.Methods Seventy-one liver transplant recipients were recruited and randomly assigned into observation group(n=33) and control group(n=38). Both groups accepted routine individual guidance, and the observation group received additional group activity health education.The health education effect of both groups was evaluated by MTSOSD-31, SF-36 and Social-Support Scale-10 between before and 9 months after the intervention respectively. Results After 9-month intervention, the scores of physical and psychological symptoms of liver transplant recipients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05), and except for the functional dimension of the physical role, the scores of other dimensions of life quality and social support in the observation group after liver transplantation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education with group activities is conducive to reducing the adverse effect caused by adverse reaction of immune-suppressor of liver transplant recipients and improving patients ’physical and psychological condition and social adaptation, therefore it could effectively improve patients ’ quality of postoperative life.更多还原
